SO! I have a shiny third character who I have been wanting forever, one of my canons just ended, and all around every thread I have had lately is PURE GOLD. Also I haven't done this in at least a month!!

Blahblah it works by you asking me questions and then I ask you questions back and we keep going until we fail out for whatever reason.

I PLAY: Luke/Dawn, Sugata/Tide, and Elliot Fucking Nightray.

Uuuuuuuuuugh. SO MIXED AND CRANKY.

On one hand, HE IS DEAD, and he isn't upset about being present because it is better than being dead! He isn't against the overall cause at all, and after Guy explained things to him he can even understand that as much as it sucks, bringing people in from other worlds might be the only way left to save this situation. He hasn't thought in a broad enough scope yet to ask why the hell the world got in this shitty situation in the first place, but when he does he'll probably be cranky.

ON THE OTHER HAND, HE THINKS BOTH BEAUTY AND MALEFICENT ARE BALLS AT THIS. On the most surface level, everything is really disorganized! Sure, knights show up to explain stuff, but half of them don't really know answers or don't know all of the answers. People keep telling him to go ask a Personae but he seriously SHOULD NOT HAVE TO. Having an honest and up front source of information that answers all relevant questions should be a GIVEN when you are KIDNAPPING PEOPLE FROM THEIR WORLDS AND STEALING THEIR MEMORIES. If this was done properly, it would spare a lot of grief caused (he thinks) for new arrivals, because once you do understand everything/most things it is obvious (to him) that certain things needed to be done and even if it is balls there isn't much choice but to throw your lot in.

But instead people have to ask knights, MULTIPLE knights because they all seem to know different things, and very quickly hit a wall of 'idk go talk to a personae'.

Then there is the fact that Beauty and Mal won't really combine forces even in the face of literally THE END OF THE WORLD, and Mal is apparently doing petty shit like trying to get Beauty's knights. Neither of them can stop games that involve death, though Elliot SUSPECTS THEY COULD if they actually WORKED TOGETHER. And he has to listen to some bullshit about undefinable 'laws' that decide how things must be!

ALSO THEY ARE STEALING NAMES!!!

So basically while at the foundation he gets it, in practice it's like when you start a new job and realize that maybe you are doing something important but also your upper management sucks and it could be done SO MUCH BETTER if they got their heads out of their asses1!!!

For nowwww. Though the Amethyst individual rankings will probably consolidate into just 'Amethyst' eventually with the exceptionnnn of Sugata. AM I FORGETTIN' ANYONE IDK.

Luke and his memoriesss. In the future will he regard them as things "Luke" did but "Dawn" is more divorced from orrrrrr.

Hmm... it's really hard for me to say. Right now he really WANTS to be Dawn, but in canon Luke basically actualizes, and subsequently has a much stronger personality than Dawn does. I think it will divorce further for a while? Particularly since a lot of Luke's memories are just SO MUCH SHIT, but as he gets more of them and pieces the story together it will become more personally important to him, and as he relearns many of his canon lessons they will come together again. He may or may not continue to go by the name Dawn, but I think he'll eventually recognize 'Luke' as just an earlier portion of his life rather than an entirely different person. Not unlike looking back on your teenager years and going "lolo 8D;;;;"

What about Mukuro and Acedia?

Right now he is pretty . . . separate. There's Mukuro and Acedia and Acedia thinks Mukuro is kind of a dumbshit. A driven dumbshit but it's pretty clear to him that he's not happy or satisfied in a lot of his memories -- even with Chrome memories there is a deep sense of unrest.

This will change when he gets back his childhood is shitty memory but he will probably continue to divide the two. The major factor in this is Ruby so, stuff. Erugh!

Luke's thoughts on his castmaaattesss being here.

He's glad! It's like he got the good part of his life but he can leave behind the bad parts 8D;

Also he would be SO MUCH WORSE OFF without Guy and Dusk to be his pillars of common sense and love. Ruby is just NOT GOOD AT MEETING THESE NEEDS even if he loves them. He's less sure on people he doesn't remember well like Natalia and Jade, particularly since he has decided not to take his memories and so may not ever really remember them 8|;;

Would Acedia want Ken, Chikusa, or Chrome to show up?

No.

Is there anyone Luke remembers he wishes were here?

Noooo, though if he remembered more about Tear he would want her here. Also Ion, cuz lol Ion.

So does Break even remotely get how important Wako is to Sugata's everything.

HE HAS A GUESS. Break doesn't know for sure but he knows that Wako isss probably very important. Since she was the girl in Sugata's memories and while Sugata is pretty closed lipped Break just assumes weight for different things. He isn't going to ask since it doesn't matter much to him except for if they get into a bad game. But it'll be something to remember. He probably doesn't know exactly how important she is, but it wouldn't surprise him considering Sugata's personality.

If everyone on the team became super sane with no problems and had happy memories all the time how do you think the team dynamic would change?

Lol. I think it would be boring! With only happiness they would have no reason to connect and no way to support each other. Amethyst tends to fail cuz we all have our own problems, and a certain level of independence and lolo how does i feelings when i actually really care about them feeling okay!! But if we had NO PROBLEMS there would be no glue at all. I LOVE OUR TEAM WE ARE PERFECT THERE IS NOTHING TO FIX

HE WAS SORT OF LIKE. Wondering about APPROACH WITH CAUTION in terms of blah blah poss. headhunter whatever. But then Elliot was so . . . earnest. He is just like. ".... ... ..." A-AND IT IS KIND OF WEIRD THAT ELLIOT IS SO. HIMSELF. And all determinedly :D and knightly and . . . yeah . . . He doesn't have a lot of concrete impressions because Break's working on piecing everyone together from PH lolol

I GUESS IT IS HESITANTLY POSITIVE because. lol elliot. Though Break is waiting to see what else happens.

IF YOU HAD TO MOVE SUGATA AND LUKE TO OTHER TEAMS where would you move them. And they can't be on a team with castmates.

Uugh. Hm. THAT SURE LIMITS LUKE'S OPTIONS. I would say probably Peridot just because he could. Handle them. But it wouldn't be as good for him as Ruby is. Which is impressive because Ruby isn't really that good for him. But I think he would feel out of place on most teams, and at least with Peridot he wouldn't worry about that. THE BEST TEAM FOR HIM would be Kunzite, where everyone is a sane and reasonably moral child, but Natalia is there.

Sugataaa would have a hard time anywhere, for a definition of hard time. Because it would be whip lash going from team leader to newbie, and without that position of responsibility he probably wouldn't bond well with most people. BUT I would put him on Kunzite cuz at least he could look after Sharon, and probably be more useful to a team full of kids than a team full of adults like a lot of the others are. Alternatively, he would probably do well on Tiger's Eye too, since they have a kind of openness/easiness to read but also grown up quality. Mostly not Coral or somewhere full of people who also sit on their feelings forever.

He actually was sort of missing Reim in his life NOT THAT HE KNEW IT but the lolol I WILL HIT YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE A MORON is. needed. He is VERY CRANKY that he doesn't remember Reim -- though he'll put it together now. Aannnnddd be even more cranky because oh ffffffffffuck. He is super duper cranky Sharon is here but dealing with that because he loev sharon :( and really if there weren't DEATH GAMES he would be mooorreee okay with it but still not super okay because HOW DOES I DO GOOD FOR HER WHEN I FAIL |( and so forth. He is all right with Gil here actually because Gil doesn't stress him out, is easy to bully and so forth. Personally ambiv on Oz but he also knows Oz is Important to various plottings and is like rrrggghhhhh complicated. Was Neg Ambiv on Elliot is now Pos Ambiv -- he may get around to questioning Elliot more bluntly at least about PH eventsssssss. Cranky he doesn't remember Vincent...
