ACTUAL HAVING FEELINGS not a lot. He has acquired 'fondness', which he isn't quite aware of. But it's a step above 'amused' or 'interested'. He also now feels 'curiosity' a lot more, and is developing 'annoyance'.
Feelings he REMEMBERS are powerful things like love, regret, contentment, family. Buuut he doesn't feel those yet, he is just aware of them in a slightly more than textbook fashion.
SOTU IN GENERAL he is pretty cool. Since he KEEPS GETTING BACK KIRA MEMORIES, and since Kira was a part of himself that was happy and independent and selfish in his own way, Lucifer can't find fault with that part of himself, so he hasn't decided to reject it. But he haasss kind of shelved it, because connecting with Kira is kind of beyond him still. He does realize that if he KEEPS getting Kira memories over Lucifer ones, he will transform more in that direction. BUT since he hasn't decided to reject Kira he isn't really bothered by this. BASICALLY HE WANTS ALL OF HIS MEMORIES BACK AND OBVS THEY WILL PROBABLY AFFECT HIM and if he decides he doesn't LIKE those effects he will deal with it then.
