YOU'RE A FRIEND!!

Actually, at first you sort of freaked Hikaru out cuz you were so honest about the clone stuff and whatever else was mentioned in the first thread. The more he got to talk to Luke though, the more he realized that this is just how Luke is, and Hikaru REALLY REALLY appreciates it now. Like, he loves his team but he has a feeling that they HIDE A LOT OF STUFF FROM HIM and it makes him a little sad. Like he knows he's an oddball in Aather cuz he's normal so it's something that makes him feel a little left out. Something like that. SO YES, he likes that Luke is straightforward with him. Whether Luke considers them secrets or not, he doesn't care.

Then there was the whole sheep game and BOY, awesome points went up like...a lot. Cuz he just got back from his first KILL game, and then tossed into a scary game all by his lonesome. 8D; So Luke calming him down was really nice! And it actually has helped him overall in terms of dealing with death in Aather so he's not as likely to break down as he was before that.

Basically, you're a cool bro. :U I would share cup noodles with you anytime.

Gosh reversing is hard. I'm gonna take this in points!

♘ Worth! While yes, it would be accurate to say that Nii thinks Dawn is worthless, he also has an interesting relationship with worth. He views everyone as being worthless, because the only worth you have is what is given to you by others. It's a subjective measure that is constantly changing, and absolutely not inherent. To call yourself "worthless" is a reflection on how those around you have used/though of you, more than anything else.

♘ While Nii does not actually give a shit about Dawn, he's useful for a few reasons. Although, some of those reasons are gone now that Koumyou is in the book. Even so, it's not a bad idea to have an in at Ruby and a potential means to poke at Acedia, if that becomes necessary.

♘ Dawn's continued attempts to be friendly with him are always amusing to Nii. He has no real reason to stop it, so he allows it to go on.

♘ Part of this is learning more about interpersonal interactions. Nii knows he should be better at manipulating people, so he's . . . open to experimenting. Dawn is interesting because he keeps coming back, despite identifying certain personality traits (and having Acedia for comparison).

♘ He will never kill Luke, because that's unnecessary trouble.

♘ He might seriously injure him, just to see if he comes back for more.

♘ Nii wouldn't have initiated sex, if Dawn hadn't requested assistance in that area. He agreed partly because he was curious and partly because he might be able to use that later for something. Plus, at least it isn't boring.
